For cancellation 72 hours or more before the event, a refund minus a 5% PAYPAL refund fee.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event..
A refund is available minus a £10 administration fee. If you or your guests are not able to attend an event, you may swap with another friend of the same sex prior to the event. You must send us names and contact numbers of the new attendees.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event..
Refunds are not available for cancellations less than 24 hours before the event.

Your transactions are processed using secure PAYPAL service.
We do not keep bank card details.
We only keep your name, address, phone number and email address to process your order and payment, and send you your matches.
